Reservation & Rental Policies

How to make a Reservation: You can use our secure on-line request form to help expedite your request. Or call to book over the phone at Cell # 706-455-0578.
A Credit Card is required at the time of booking to hold your cabin, a down payment in the sum of $250 will be charged as soon as the reservation is made to confirm your reservation. This is a true charge that is applied toward the total. The remaining balance will be charged Two Days before arrival date to the card on file unless you call in advance to provide other credit card information.

Security Deposit: A credit card must be presented at time of check in; a temporary hold in the amount of $350 will be on the card for up to 7 days as a security deposit against any possible damage done to the cabin. If no card is presented at time of check- in the card on file will be used as the card to hold the security deposit. No charges will be charged to the credit card provided no damage to the cabin is found evident & all policy procedures have been met. Please note that the down payment of $250 is separate from a security hold.

Confirmation of Reservation: After making a reservation, you will receive a rental statement confirmation by e-mail (fax or regular mail available if needed) This statement will supply your name, the cabin you have reserved, your rental fees and directions to our office. It is your responsibility to insure you have all the proper information for your rental stay. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM AND/OR JUNK FOLDERS AS WELL FOR EMAILED CONFIRMATIONS. Payment Policy: Payment is expected to be paid in Full, Two Days before arrival day. The card provided at time of booking will be charged unless alternative credit card is provided in advance.

Return Check Fee: There is a $35 dollar service charge for any checks returned (At this time we are not accepting checks)

Cancellation & Refund Policy: To cancel a reservation we require a phone call & email to our office. You are required to email if canceling the reservation along with your reservation/booking ID # provided by our office. If using regular mail please call to inform you are sending written notice. Mailing address is, Mountain Getaway Cabins of Blue Ridge, 11 Overview Drive Suite 101 Blue Ridge, Georgia 30513.

Reservations cancelled after 24 hours of booking has $50 cancellation fee. Less than a 1 month notice are subject to a $100 Fee. Any reservation cancelled with less than a 2 week notice forfeits $250 down payment and No Shows are subject to the entire rental fees. *In the event you must cancel your reservation the $250 down payment will be considered your security deposit and will not be refunded. If reservation is canceled within our cancellation policy time period you will receive a full refund minus $50 dollar processing fee. Cancellation policy applies to last minute bookings as well. Sorry, No Exceptions

Any reservation made under false pretenses will result in forfeiture of advance payments and be subject to owe for any unpaid balances for disabling the property for a true rental and the occupants will not be permitted to check-in.

Pet Policy: Unequa Lodge is the only cabin in our inventory that is Pet Friendly. There is a Pet Fee of $15 per pet, per day. Two pet limit, 20lb limit.
No cats permitted, please.

BLUE RIDGE MOUNTAIN GETAWAY CABINS OF BLUE RIDGE HAS A STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY IN ALL OUR CABINS. ANY VIOLATION OF THIS POLICY WILL RESULT IN A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT AND ANY FURTHER DAMAGE OR CLEANING EXPENSES WILL BE BILLED TO THE RENTER, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Minimum Stays All Cabins have a 2 night minimum with the following exceptions:

4 night minimum for 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years
3 night minimum for all other Holidays
3 night minimum for June/July/ October/November

Please also note that Peak seasons & Holidays are subject to rate increases.
